经营小商店的第一天,发现这个客服系统,真的是,垃圾中的垃圾

1、不支持转接,这要遇到一些问题当前客服无法解决,需要找专业客服来解决可咋整?

2、在一个IM软件里面又做了一个IM,体验极差,而且经常会漏收和错发消息,还不支持撤回,没回复只能发5条,既然要做小商店,就不要使用小程序的这套消息推送机制了嘛!直接和微信打通直接免加好友沟通不行吗?还能发挥出自身的优势

3、买家在沟通的时候可以快捷发送商品信息卡片,但是收到的就是一个小程序码,客服也不知道是哪个商品,还得长按识别,来回切换,在切换过程中页面的流转也有问题,包括小商店助手中的页面流转也有很多问题,这里我就不一一细说了,你们自己查吧,细节一点都没考虑

个人的也可以登录网页或者PC上的客服工具,但是顾客端没法发送商品链接,得靠文字描述(逆天的电商客服设计)

跟TB还是有很大的差距,看看后面能不能有所优化,至少可以转接,我们可以自己接客服,自己开发或者接第三方的客服系统,不然现在真的是LJ
