小程序消息推送服务器配置正确,接收消息和事件处理都没有问题,但是当用户发送消息,系统不需要自动回复时,服务器返回空的字符串,按自己的理解,应该和微信公众号中的客服一样,是可以直接收到消息的不是,可小程序客服工具与网页客服都没有收到用户发的消息,为什么?

公众客服与微信小程序客服,应该是不一样,因为他们获取token,都时用自己的appid,不知道自己的理解对不对

说明:1.没有使用第三方 2.微信公众号也配置了服务器消息推送,并且调用了“微信公众号的客服接口”实现公众号的自动回复(这个应该与小程序的客服没有冲突吧?)

开启后,客服消息默认就都是你的服务器接管处理了,其他人工客服都会失效;

如果你认为某些消息需要转人工处理(比如用户发送的关键词是“转人工”、“人工客服”),那服务器就设置特殊类型的消息回复,通知微信系统后面的对话由人工客服接管。

等人工客服主动结束对话,或超时结束对话后,你的服务器将再次接管该用户客服消息处理。
