按你的方案做不到。
可以试试将每个商家的SAAS网站的登录方式改成商家小程序的openid登录，理论上是可行的（没真试过）。短暂想到的办法比如：网站显示登录二维码是小程序的二维码，用户扫码后会打开小程序的某页面（用于登录），从而网站可以获得该用户小程序的openid，打通web和小程序。仅供参考。

给每个子域名做个代理，把登录的接口代理到主域名上去。好比
a.saas.com/login 代理到saas.com/login
