1我是在服务商商户号 中新增了一个特约商户号1606397738
2 在 申请的 特约商户APPID中关联了小程序 瑞之参严选 wx098923bca70727ad
3 同时在 特约商户号的后台 的 服务商为我关联的AppID账号 和 我关联的AppID账号也都能看到绑定的记录
4、在小程序的 微信支付 中的 待关联商户号(服务商模式) 下没有绑定记录；但是在 已关联商户号 下有绑定对应商户号的记录；
5 现在在小程序端 通过服务商模式下 支付的时候提示 APPID和mch_id不匹配，但是在普通的商户支付模式下是正常可以支付。请问这是什么原因的？我该如何操作？

关键要看是在谁的小程序里发起支付？是服务商的小程序，还是特约商户的小程序。
服务商小程序：用服务商小程序sp_openid, sp_appid和服务商的sp_mchid，sub_appid不填，需要绑sp_appid和sp_mchid。
特约商户的小程序：用特约商户的小程序sub_openid, sub_appid和特约商户的sub_mchid，服务商的sp_appid和sp_mchid，需要绑sub_appid和sub_mchid，也要绑sp_appid和sp_mchid。sp_openid不填。
