微信公众号未回调问题
在公众号的服务器有配置地址且启用了
出现问题的时间点: 2021.03.31 18:00 ~ 22:30
问题描述:
1. 生成公众号带参数二维码
2. 消费者扫码关注或打开公众号，提示 该公众号提供的服务出现故障,请稍后再试
3. 在不定的时间，有时会收到消息, 大部分未收到消息
可能发生问题的点:
1. 我们的域名有问题,无法回调 (我们的域名是可以正常使用的)
2. 回调到我们的域名接口后没有返回正确的数据 (经多轮测试并查看日志,我们都有返回正确的数据)
3. 没有回调我们的接口 (其他排查后目前判定为是这个问题,请帮忙查下是否有调用我们的接口)
我们查询过 nginx日志， 当出现 该公众号提供的服务出现故障时，查询日志后未发现有接口被调用
nginx 高峰期访问量如下:
当天一天的总访问量(当日00:10~隔日00:10): 435万左右
18:00 ~ 19:00 39万左右的访问量
19:00 ~ 20:30 55万左右的访问量
20:00 ~ 21:00 30万左右的访问量
linux 应用服务器，CPU状态表现正常，内存显示也正常，应用一直很正常在处理(同一个应用被多端使用，不只是微信端回调，其他端数据都正常返回)
