在走到提交申请单的时候，返回证书序列号的错误问题，当我从微信商户平台里获取证书序列号，获取步骤如图：

然后又通过接口，获取平台证书列表 https://api.mch.weixin.qq.com/v3/certificates

获取到的证书序列号，如图

请求时返回：商户证书序列号有误。请使用签名私钥匹配的证书序列号

在进件接口的消息包的header里，Wechatpay-Serial=你上面下载的平台证书的serial_no，然后敏感信息加密算法里要使用该证书的key。
