交易帐单下载，可以看每笔交易的手续费，延展阅读 -> 使用wechatpay-php，以函数链的形式，从APIv3流式下载交易帐单
手续费同一个商户是固定的，可以登陆微信支付后台查看费率。
用户付款的时候如果没有提现是不会扣除手续费的，因为如果涉及到需要给用户退款的话直接退回给用户的部分就不会产生手续费。
