感觉应该是这个含义。
但这个和网信办的规定是不是有冲突啊，国家网信办规定，互联网信息服务提供者应保存发布信息不少于半年。（以前应该是要求保存用户信息60天）
这些撤回类型，各位在开发中是如何处理的呢？

用户授权信息给你，一般你会把这些信息存在数据库或其他什么地方。现在用户不想你存着他这些信息了，你要把这些之前授权给你的信息删掉。如果是存了头像昵称，就把头像昵称清空。
