你只要想想一张视频牌照值1000万，你有任何一种方式实现无资质播放视频，就相当于白赚了1000万，会有这种可能吗？
需要小程序本身有视频相关的类目，否则审核发现会被拒绝，如果审核没有被拒绝，有人举报也会有大概率涉及违规。
