第三方平台是否满足给多个小程序账号使用？Is the third-party platform sufficient for multiple Mini Program accounts?

使用第三方平台开发一个小程序，如果之后有客户也想要这样一个小程序，然后通过在第三方平台账号去绑定客户的小程序账号相关信息，再不另外进行开发的情况下，能否就可以直接给到用户使用？
