类似微信新上的折叠的群聊和微信订阅号的功能。
就是可以把某些联系人和某些公众号永远加入某一个“自定义文件夹”里面，要查看消息就点进去看列表。
不点进去就永远收起来的。
这样就不会看到很多推送，可以分类出哪些是重要联系人的消息，哪些是无关紧要的公众号消息。
就是像点了微信的“折叠的群聊”，就出现各种收起来的群聊，再分别查看对应群聊的消息。
希望可以把不同的联系人和公众号也可以这样自定义像折叠的群聊一样折叠“收起来”、“整理起来”，自己点击进去，再展开中间菜单列表，选取不同的联系人或者公众号，再查看对应的信息和聊天窗口。
