始终授权就是下次订阅不弹窗了，可不是一直订阅，搞错了
订阅成功一次只能推送一次
始终保持以上选项：下次订阅直接不弹窗要求授权，比如上次是同意的这次直接同意；上次拒绝的，这是直接拒绝。

订阅一次只能发送一次，始终允许只是下次订阅的时候不会弹窗让用户选择是否订阅。
