我是小商店商家,从个人店铺升级到了企业店铺,个种资质都已经上传齐全,品牌授权都已经申请并通过,上架的每一款商品也都是我们自己的商品,选择了对应的品牌,上传了对应的备案,但是还是会被恶意投诉,我们自己的产品,品牌资质有、商品备案有、营业执照有、生产许可证有,怎么就被投诉涉及他人品牌呢?我真是搞不懂,如果我们商家这么轻松的被别人投诉举报,就被官方下架商品,那还有什么安全感?还要我们开什么企业店铺?还要什么品牌资质?还申请什么品牌?上架商品的时候要什么备案?全部提交了,费时费力的,结果被同行恶意投诉,直接下架,我们商品的标题写的名称和备案上的一模一样,都说我们涉及他人品牌侵权,那也就是说国家认可的、有备案的,都没用????这是个很严重的行业内卷问题,商家根本没有任何安全感,什么资料都准备齐全了,都没用,坐等恶意投诉算了!为了这个问题,换了几家店,都是同样的问题,官方不觉得应该是时候站出来给个说法了吗?相信大部分商家都遇到了这个问题,原本大家可以报团取暖,一起友谊竞争,把自己的生意做好,把微信小商店做好,把视频号做好,现在出现了一波恶意投诉的商家,太没有职业道德,这就叫明枪易躲、暗箭难防,小人藏在暗处,我们根本不知道怎么应对,因为该做的都做了,还是会被频繁的投诉,还是会被官方频繁的下架,而下架的主要理由就是【你好,因用户投诉并经平台审核,已对小商店下列沙漠化品进行下架处理】、违规详情【该商品表土或图片涉及他人品牌,违反《微信小商店运营规范》及相关规则,请补充选择对应品牌或去掉商品中的他人品牌信息】。然后,我想说的是,没有任何提前的通告,且不说我们这是自有品牌,何来“涉及他人品牌”????就算涉及,是不是应该先提醒,而不是直接下架,更搞笑的是一天竟然可以收到最多十几条这种处罚信息,几乎全店下架,这是什么神仙操作???你们官方不核查的?既然这样,何必让我们商家开企业店铺的时候去申请品牌类目?申请了品牌类目、资质也都提交了,最终还是会被恶搞,这明显就是同行恶意投诉举报的,我就好奇,自己的品牌、相当于自己的孩子,人贩子偷去了就说是他的,你们就认同了,这不是天大的笑话吗?这不只是不尊重我们商家,连同国家相关部门的权威你们都藐视了,营业执照工商局办理的,商标注册证国家商标局办理的、产品备案在国家药监总局办理的,商品我们自己公司生产的,主图我们自己摄影师拍摄的,自己的美工修的图,从里到外绝绝对对使我们自己生产的产品,你们要什么资质我们提交了什么资质,最终竟然说我商品标题图片涉及他人品牌?最近这个问题确实是太让我们头疼了,希望官方能给个合理的说法,不能任人宰割的,我们辛辛苦苦经营一家店铺也不容易,如果是平时也就算了,这次赶上三八女神节,竟然直接封禁了我的上架功能,这不是害人吗?一点根据都没有,就因为同行的频繁举报投诉,就这样对我们,未免太过残忍,如果这个问题不解决,相信,就算有再多的商家进入,只要有这种没有职业道德的同行不停的搞事情,那一定会影响整个平台的生态环境的,应该出一个政策,就像国家提倡的【反诈app】一样,正能量的人一起抱团,把那些整天想着恶搞同行的歪心思的人赶出去,平台这样默认他们的恶意投诉,就是无形中在助长他们的恶习,就算不方便让我们被投诉方知道投诉方的信息,最起码让我们有反驳对方恶意投诉这种行为的机会,而不是不切实际的甩给我们一个所谓的【申诉邮箱】,就是摆设,根本没用,申诉过N次了,连回信都没有,更别说解决实质性问题了,写了这么多,相信也写出了很多备受这种恶意投诉商家的心声,希望官方能够重视这个问题!
