目前订阅消息必须是用户主动订阅才能给用户推送，所以你想要用小程序来实现推送功能目前来看是没有什么好的解决方案的。
那就只能用长期订阅
卖家授权一次即可，买家买完就给卖家发订阅消息就行了！！！
