公众号部分用户消息发送出现故障？从昨晚11点多开始一直到现在，不断接收到微信的报警消息，发现部分公众号用户发送消息后，无法接收到反馈信息。 检查了我们的应用服务器是正常的，能接收到一部分消息，有一部分消息未发送到我们的应用服务器。估计是微信消息回调服务器集群中某个服务器出现故障，导致分配到该服务器的消息丢失了。
报警消息如下：

内容: 微信服务器连接公众号开发者服务器时发生超时，超时时间为5秒
