1.已经取得公众号对应的微信支付；
2.开放平台已经成功通过资质、新建的移动应用审核；
3.新建的移动应用不能取得微信支付；

2.按文档指引，进入到公众号申请的微信支付商户后台进行appid授权绑定，提示：商户APP支付权限未开通，请开通后再进行配置操作。
三：问题：
1.已经取得公众号微信支付的商户号 能否提供给 开放平台的应用支付能力？
2.开放平台已经通过审核的应用是否需要新申请一个微信支付？
四：公众号 与 开放平台 申请主体和认证主体属于同一主体。

我们公司是公众号开了对应微信支付商户号，APP对应开放平台开了一个对应微信支付商户号。
