1- Steps to follow to install plugin via WordPress uploader

1-通过WordPress上传器安装插件的步骤

• go to WordPress admin panel and click on “plugins” from the dashboard menu.
• 转到WordPress管理面板，然后从信息中心菜单中单击“插件”。

• Then from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Choose file -> and then choose alpha-testimonials.zip and press Open-> Install Now -> Activate Plugin
• 然后从插件->添加->上传->选择文件->然后选择alpha-testimonials.zip，然后按Open->立即安装->激活插件

2- Steps to follow to install plugin via FTP

2-通过FTP安装插件的步骤

• Unzip the file
• 解压缩文件

• Upload unziped alpha-testimonials folder to your WordPress plugins directory (/wp-content/plugins/)
• 将未压缩的alpha-testimonials文件夹上载到WordPress插件目录（/ wp-content / plugins /）

• Activate from WordPress menu Plugins section
• 从WordPress菜单的“插件”部分激活
