1. Unzip the downloaded zip file.
2. 解压缩下载的zip文件。

3. Upload the plugin folder into the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress site.
4. 将插件文件夹上传到WordPress网站的 wp-content / plugins / 目录中。

5. Activate Anchor smooth scroll from Plugins page
