This plugin allows to export and import Advanced Custom Fields options.

此插件允许导出和导入“高级自定义字段”选项。

It also, import and export required images for the options.

它还可以导入和导出选项所需的图像。

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/acf-impot-export directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. 将插件文件上传到 / wp-content / plugins / acf-impot-export 目录，或直接通过WordPress插件屏幕安装插件。

3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
4. 通过WordPress中的“插件”屏幕激活插件

5. Use the Tools -> ACF import/export
6. 使用工具-> ACF导入/导出
