By this plugin 301 redirect all the url which is in Upper case to lowercase url for all non-admin, non-file URLs

Download and upload to a case-sensitive-url directory inside wp-content/plugins.

下载并上传到wp-content / plugins内的区分大小写的URL目录。

Go to the plugins page and activate it.
