2，使用腾讯图库购买的图片，提交封面审核
封面简称：使用自己的视频号名称
个人logo：不使用
样式：腾讯图库的图片，上面加了4个字（常用祝福语）
封面故事：无
证明材料：将图片和授权文件、说明书打包
（1）腾讯图库购买的原图
（2）提交的正式封面图，增加了常用祝福语
（3）图片版权授权书
（4）证明材料EXCEL说明
其中，在EXCEL说明里，着重强调了图片买自腾讯的图库直通车！是他们腾讯自己出具的正版授权，没有侵权风险！
并且列出了自己在腾讯图库的图片购买订单信息，以及图片在腾讯图库的地址，还有腾讯图库首页的正版宣传截图！
为了保证提审能有通过希望，还联系了腾讯图库的官方同学。
3，腾讯图库官方专员和腾讯封面定制部门沟通
首先需要称赞图库官方同学，还是很积极负责地帮助沟通，想解决问题。
沟通过程：
图库官方：确认之前被驳回的腾讯图库授权方名称。
我：北京易维视网络科技有限公司。
图库官方：提供你们提交微信红包封面的企业信息。
我：提供了登录封面网站的视频号名称截图。
图库官方：我们集中反馈下。
图库官方：提供下你们申请红包封面的图片（腾讯云APE的）。
我：提供了图片在腾讯图库的URL地址和购买订单信息。
图库官方：近期图库会上线新的资源，到时会有红包封面。已经谈好了，但还不能保证上线时间。
图库官方：先提交过去问问。
然后开始喜滋滋地坐等好消息，觉得自己证明材料里已经写的很清楚，图库这边官方同学还帮忙发过去反馈，这把应该稳了。

周一提审，今天（周五）上午收到了审核结果：审核驳回
驳回理由：需补充提供【授权方】享有著作权的证明材料。
三、诉求
腾讯红包封面定制部门一直强调要著作权证明，我的理解是他们担心有侵权纠纷发生；
其他友商的也就算了，你们可以不信任他们，
但你们腾讯自己出的正版授权书，为什么也不认可呢？？？
同学，腾讯正版图库直通车啊！这是你们腾讯自己的部门，你们自己部门售卖的图片授权！！！
我还特意加了订单等证明我是从腾讯图库购买的，
所以封面定制部门的同学，你们坚守的原则到底是什么？？？
难道只是形式上的“著作权”证明？
