试一下参数传type=1,2之类的标识，再根据标识判断显示的url
怎么跳转到小程序页面，就怎么跳转到小程序的webview页

虽然会有些麻烦 但是还是可以解决这个问题的
就是你通过urlscheme跳转小程序的时候传入一个id 然后通过这个id去使用接口去获取后台存入的webview的url 然后放到webview展示即可
