测试下来。发现无论勾选多少(>=1)个模板、允许，都只能推送一次

我记得改版后玩家一次订阅只能发一次提示消息，除非你是特殊类型小程序好像支持多次发送，其他都是只能发1次，要想多发只能让玩家再订阅
