招聘要求应该主要是小程序前端开发，然后要求至少会一门后端语言（如java）。
直接找服务商做不就行了
1、只招一个人吗？那可能需要一个全栈；
2、多人的话，一个PM，一个前端，一个后台；其他美工之类；
3、也可外包；
