是的，这个接口已经无法获取头像和昵称了。
你可以看一下接口文档说明，以及公众号后台的通知公告。
这个接口只能关注了才能获取信息。不然只能网页授权获取头像昵称信息

2021年12月27日之后，不再输出头像、昵称信息。
目前只能通过网页授权获取用户信息。
