如题使用浏览器打开的操作是由h5去实现的还是又app代码去实现跳转浏览器的呢？
我发现掘金分享到微信的h5 执行这个操作是不需要经过app的，但是公司h5同学 他不知道怎么搞

在微信浏览器打开后右上角菜单可以选择其它浏览器打开
没看懂你要表达什么？
群主管理都是支付大佬
和app一样，都是h5，只是嵌套在app里面用webview展示而已
