尊敬的审核老师您好，怀着无比忐忑的心情来求助，自己运营了4年多，近10万粉丝的原创公众号“药斯拉”今天被封了。我自己也是一头雾水，原因如下，再次我可以保证不涉及任何敏感话题。
给我一个“医药代表论文“”的原因，说涉嫌违规。首先我确实不太了解，之前别人找我，说提供论文写作，润色服务，可以给粉丝提供更大价值。我的粉丝有这个需求，我是想能提高粉丝粘性，多个服务，就帮着发了，确实没有做违反法律法规的事情，只是基础的论文咨询服务，而且不是我提供，我只是发布。
现在因为这个违规，做了4年的原创号，心里确实很难受，而且之前确实也没有提示说这个不能发。我一直恪守腾讯的规则，坚持原创，不做违规的事，真的没想到这个是违规的，如果之前有提示，我一定不去做，我不是恶意发布。
这个相关的文章我从2021年4月开始就发布，期间一直安全，没人任何警告和提示，所以我认为是合规的，毕竟发了快一年没有问题。这次处罚直接永久封号，确实难以接受，这一年左右，但凡有一次我收到过相关警告或者处罚，我都不会留着这些文案。
