This plugin allows to add a lead capture form to your website to capture leads and send SMS messages to them.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/clicksend-lead-capture-form directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress

5. Use the ‘ClickSend Lead Capture Form’ menu to edit the settings.

7. Add your ClickSend credentials.
