1. Upload the plugin folder “custom-login-form” to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. 将插件文件夹“ custom-login-form”上传到/ wp-content / plugins /目录。

3. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins -> Installed plugins -> Custom Login Form” menu in WordPress.
4. 通过WordPress中的“插件->已安装插件->自定义登录表单”菜单激活插件。

5. Find “Custom Login Form” Plugin in -> Settings options.
6. 在->设置选项中找到“自定义登录表单”插件。
