1. Go to Plugins > Add New or Download the plugin and unzip it.

3. Searh “Disable Wp Updates & Notifications” or Upload the folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.

5. install and activate the WordPress admin panel.

After activating this plugin all themes, core and plugin update checkings are disabled.
