公众号名称（商标）被占用，用30、35类商标投诉都没通过。请问到底要用哪类商标才能申诉成功？单号426070653_1、426050413_1、425998253_1、425991700_1，投诉了4次，一直提示“你好，由于商标不能跨类保护，你投诉的帐号服务范围不在贵方商标的核定使用类别之内，无法认定侵权事实，暂时无法处理；如有其他类别商标请补充进行投诉；”
可实际上，该被投诉公众号“首日芽”账户头像、介绍、以及1篇推文标题都显示了该账号经营的所属行业为茶行业、茶叶类目（商标30类），与我司所有商标“首日芽”30类（子类茶叶）为同个类目，为什么不给投诉通过呢？另外，我司还拥有该商标35类注册证。

不一定是大类的问题，小类不同也不能通过。账户是享有优先注册保护的
