Provide a way for customer to add additional charge to WooCommerce checkout.

It is useful for site that would like to do delivery service.

Tipping service or anything that will allow customer to add a percent of their checkout price.

1. Install a the plugin

3. Under WooCommerce there will be a sub-menu call Additional Charge.

   You can configure most of the variable there.

   If you do not configure anything, it will use the default values
